I know what it’s like…you discover a brand that you like so do a bit of stalking online before contacting them. Ok we won’t call it stalking, let’s just say it’s research…

You like the look of what you see and start to wonder the steps to take to secure them for your special occassion. Well there’s no need to wonder, I will tell you exactly how we work from the point of enquiry.

  1. The best way to make an initial enquiry is to complete a Quote Request Form via our website. If you found us via Instagram we have the link to this page in our bio. The Quote Request Form gives us all the information we need to let you know straight away if (a) we are available on your date and (b) we cover the location of your event.

  2. If we are available and cover your area, we will email you directing you to the pages on our website that provide you with clarity, on our options and prices for Décor and Bouquets. We have found that this transparency is really helpful especially for couples getting married who have no idea about how much things cost with wedding planning, because of course in most cases, they have never been married before!

  3. We will then invite you to book a telephone consultation with Afia our Design Consultant on a day and a time that is most convenient for you. You will book this via our Calendly system and we will send you an email notification with all of the confirmed information. This chat will typically last no longer than 30 minutes and is an opportunity for us to talk through the details with you to get a clear idea of your vision. This helps to inform our guidance and suggestions for you.

  4. Following on from your telephone consultation, you’ll receive a quote which is itemised so that you can clearly see how much each component contributes to the overall cost. It also makes it easier to consider which items to then add and remove should you wish to.

  5. Once you have received your quote, we will give it a few days and then get in touch to remind you of the next steps. The quote is valid for 5 working days from the point at which it is sent.

  6. If you would like to secure your date, it is just a one off payment of £250 as a deposit, which will be refunded to you within10 days after your wedding/event. The great news is that payment plans for the overall fee are available.

  7. You can then feel great about having something huge ticked off your to-do list, and be confident that you have booked experienced professionals who will take care of both you and your event.
