For the love of Ombre!

I’m so excited to share this design with you and the reason is because I absolutely love Ombre. I’ve been itching to do an ombre design for the longest time and a few months ago, it happened! Ombre is a French word that means shaded. It is a stripe or pattern that has gradual blending from one colour to another.

We had a booking for an intimate wedding dinner that was held in the back garden of our client’s home. The celebration was with 20 of their cose friends and family. Besides the table layout where we used gorgeous fresh roses complimented with freeze dried petals scattered on the tables, our couple wanted a focal area that would provide the perfect backdrop for pictures.

The colours we had to play with were deep reds with blush pink and white and I just knew that colour palette would provide the perfect combination for an ombre design. So we created a floral arch using those colour elements and an ombre design that incorporated both fresh and premium silk flowers. Our clients were ecstatic with the final result and left us a 5* Google Review. (Side note - to date we are currently at sixty one 5* Google Reviews - a 100% rating of 5* Google Reviews ).

Fun fact, we also provided services for our groom’s sister a few years ago and our groom’s mum was so happy with our work, she personally contacted us for us to work our magic once again.
